March 21, 11:21 p.m. -- Jaylyn S. Coleman, 34, 4313 Helena Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for felony theft and for operating a vehicle while impaired following an investigation into a vehicle being pushed and unable to keep a straight line on Shields Road.

9:32 p.m. -- Robert C. Phillips, 29, 1752 Silliman St., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

4:25 p.m. -- Justin D. Bennett, 39, 1233 Meadow Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a 911 hang up at that address.

March 20, 2:21 p.m. -- Joseph P. Sattarelle, 32, 3602 Powers Way, Youngstown, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for failure to appear following a call to the 700 block of Beech Avenue regarding two suspicious subjects.

7:07 a.m. -- Rayvenn D. Ortiz, 26, 123 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order, following a call for a domestic disturbance.

March 16, 11:01 p.m. -- Evan L. James, 38, 565 Squirrel Hill Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for felony possession of drugs following a call to that address for a possible overdose.

8:25 p.m. -- Kevone M. Elkins, 26, 3135 Louise Rita Court, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and aggravated menacing following a call to 4071 Glenwood Ave. about an argument.

March 15, 7:23 p.m. -- A 13-year-old Boardman boy was arrested for unruly juvenile following a call to a Reta Lane residence.

5:16 p.m. -- Justin M. Peek, 27, 520 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for a condition of release violation, following a call to Indianola Avenue about a wanted person.

3:01 p.m. -- Alexander D. Spencer, 28, 409 W. Princeton Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges, and was cited for driving while under suspension, expired plates and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop on Market Street regarding a vehicle with an expired registration.

March 14, 1:40 p.m. -- Jordan N. Mountain, 32, 209 Stafford Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and criminal tools, and on three Boardman warrants for theft, following a shoplifting call at Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd.

1:34 p.m. -- Terry R. Hilbon, 60, 8136 Tod Ave., Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

March 13, 11:14 p.m. -- Rashaun T. Brown, 23, 990 Westport Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a seat belt violation, failure to control, open container and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana, following an investigation into a vehicle in the ditch on Shields Road.

2:20 p.m. -- Charges of criminal damaging related to a Dec. 21 incident at 4026 Market St. were faxed to the Mahoning County jail, who had custody of Latonya D. Craft, 30, 355 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, who was under a Boardman warrant for those charges.

Noon -- Nature D. Slagle, 44, 4250 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.

4:19 a.m. -- Clifford O. White, 49, 3428 Flora Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while impaired due to three prior convictions within 10 years, possession of drugs (cocaine), and was cited for impeding traffic following a call to the intersection of Indianola Road and Southern Boulevard for a man passed out at the wheel.

3:39 a.m. -- Kasey M. Eshenbaugh, 32, 7613 Buchanan Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, following a call to Buchanan Drive for a woman slumped over the steering wheel.

March 12, 3:51 a.m. -- Robb C. Arent, 48, 714 Indianola Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of felonious assault, domestic violence, kidnapping, and disrupting a public service (destroying a phone to prevent victim from calling police).

12:29 a.m. -- Jose L.Reyes, 44, 3992 S. Schenley Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired following a call to Krakotoa, 7323 South Ave. regarding a fight.
