March 21, 11:21 p.m. -- Jaylyn S. Coleman, 34, 4313 Helena Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for felony theft and for operating a vehicle while impaired following an investigation into a vehicle being pushed and unable to keep a straight line on Shields Road.

9:32 p.m. -- Robert C. Phillips, 29, 1752 Silliman St., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

4:25 p.m. -- Justin D. Bennett, 39, 1233 Meadow Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a 911 hang up at that address.

March 20, 2:21 p.m. -- Joseph P. Sattarelle, 32, 3602 Powers Way, Youngstown, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for failure to appear following a call to the 700 block of Beech Avenue regarding two suspicious subjects.

9:30 a.m. -- Jeannine M. Burrus, 56, 94 Boardman Boulevard, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence threats following a call to the Boardman Police Department.

8:04 a.m. -- Jesse A. Durkin, 29, 438 Jaronte Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

March 19, 3:14 p.m. -- Marcise L. Robinson, 23, 6082 Applecrest Court, Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.

7:44 a.m. -- Kazon L. Carter, 23, 1527 Commerce St., Wellsville, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for menacing by stalking.

March 17, 10:08 p.m. -- Dustin N. White, 39, 7357 E. Parkside Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

2:36 p.m. -- Aaron M. Gayles, 24, 145 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of intimidation, retaliation, domestic violence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, following a call to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, 1044 Belmont Ave., regarding a prisoner escort.

7:07 a.m. -- Rayvenn D. Ortiz, 26, 123 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order, following a call for a domestic disturbance.

March 16, 11:01 p.m. -- Evan L. James, 38, 565 Squirrel Hill Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for felony possession of drugs following a call to that address for a possible overdose.

8:25 p.m. -- Kevone M. Elkins, 26, 3135 Louise Rita Court, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and aggravated menacing following a call to 4071 Glenwood Ave. about an argument.

4:20 p.m. -- Calvert W. Anderson, 28, 1066 Compass West, Austintown, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

11:14 a.m. -- Paul B. Downing, 39, 231 E. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.

March 15, 7:23 p.m. -- A 13-year-old Boardman boy was arrested for unruly juvenile following a call to a Reta Lane residence.

5:16 p.m. -- Justin M. Peek, 27, 520 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for a condition of release violation, following a call to Indianola Avenue about a wanted person.

3:01 p.m. -- Alexander D. Spencer, 28, 409 W. Princeton Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges, and was cited for driving while under suspension, expired plates and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop on Market Street regarding a vehicle with an expired registration.

March 14, 1:40 p.m. -- Jordan N. Mountain, 32, 209 Stafford Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and criminal tools, and on three Boardman warrants for theft, following a shoplifting call at Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd.

1:34 p.m. -- Terry R. Hilbon, 60, 8136 Tod Ave., Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

March 13, 11:14 p.m. -- Rashaun T. Brown, 23, 990 Westport Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a seat belt violation, failure to control, open container and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana, following an investigation into a vehicle in the ditch on Shields Road.

2:20 p.m. -- Charges of criminal damaging related to a Dec. 21 incident at 4026 Market St. were faxed to the Mahoning County jail, who had custody of Latonya D. Craft, 30, 355 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, who was under a Boardman warrant for those charges.

Noon -- Nature D. Slagle, 44, 4250 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.

4:19 a.m. -- Clifford O. White, 49, 3428 Flora Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while impaired due to three prior convictions within 10 years, possession of drugs (cocaine), and was cited for impeding traffic following a call to the intersection of Indianola Road and Southern Boulevard for a man passed out at the wheel.

3:39 a.m. -- Kasey M. Eshenbaugh, 32, 7613 Buchanan Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, following a call to Buchanan Drive for a woman slumped over the steering wheel.

March 12, 3:51 a.m. -- Robb C. Arent, 48, 714 Indianola Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of felonious assault, domestic violence, kidnapping, and disrupting a public service (destroying a phone to prevent victim from calling police).

12:29 a.m. -- Jose L.Reyes, 44, 3992 S. Schenley Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired following a call to Krakotoa, 7323 South Ave. regarding a fight.

March 11, 4:59 p.m. -- Rachel L. Cassidy, 39, homeless, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant for failure to appear on drug paraphernalia and drug instrument charges, following an investigation into a woman screaming while walking on Market Street.

March 10, 6:22 p.m. -- Shannon L. Cunning, 46, 96 Idlewood Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

2:08 p.m. -- Jessica M. Isenberg, 36, 1589 Weston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

11:31 a.m. -- Joseph C. Lutz, 43, 2662 Poland Village Blvd., Poland, voluntarily turned himself in on Boardman charges of possession of fentanyl.

March 9, 3:14 p.m. -- Jahiem M. Johnson, 20, 219 Brainard Drive, Boardman, was issued a misdemeanor citation for suspected marijuana possession following a traffic stop on Market Street.

March 8, 8:53 p.m. -- Stacie A. Gilmore, 48, 143 Warren Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Hubbard police on a Boardman warrant for endangering children.

2:41 p.m. -- Patricia A. Tovtin, 62, 137 N. Main St., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a call to Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road, regarding a person skip-scanning merchandise.

2:45 a.m. -- Noah R. Baun, 23, 872 Squirrel Hill Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation and failure to control, following an investigation into a vehicle stopped in traffic in opposing lanes while the operator was passed out at the wheel.

March 6, 8:23 p.m. -- Melissa M. Stuckwish, 51, 817 Kiwana Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

7:42 p.m. -- Frank A. Carelli, 64, 6208 Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was arrested on a Beaver County warrant for OVI, following a call to Park Center, 5665 South Ave., regarding a patient fighting and attempting to hurt a nurse.

6:06 p.m. -- Willie L. Oliver, 53, 767 Alameda Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital on a summons for theft, related to a March 3 shoplifting incident at Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.

12:24 p.m. -- Nicholas H. Kovacs, 41, 205 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested on a Warren City warrant for possession of drugs, following a response to that address to escort Boardman zoning officials photographing an ongoing zoning violation.

4:38 p.m. -- Edwin C. Kneuss, 45, 2803 South Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Liberty police on a Boardman warrant for possession of drug abuse instruments.

March 5, 3:39 p.m. -- Robert A. Morris, 41, 1445 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for assured clear distance, following a two-vehicle crash on Indianola Road.

1:16 a.m. -- Natasha R. Aliff, 27, 10848 Blott Road, Jackson, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and drug abuse (marijuana), following a traffic stop on South Avenue.

1:10 a.m. -- Nature D. Slagle, 44, 4250 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and felonious assault, following a call to the Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St., regarding a fight.

March 4, 10:18 p.m. -- Thomas J. Nagle, 39, 86 Smithfield St., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:02 p.m. -- Arabella K. Dziuban-Fulton, 19, 28 Terrace Drive, Boardman, and a 14-year-old Boardman girl were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road.

12:10 p.m. -- Krista M. Gallite, 35, 9929 Woodworth Road, North Lima, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and obstructing official business after she was caught attempting to gain entry to the police-only, secured parking lot.

March 2, 8:51 p.m. -- Jesse L. Shiflett, 28, 1740 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing after previously being warned off the property at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

4:25 p.m. -- Ronald J. Miller, 34, 61 Gertrude Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
