March 24, 1:29 a.m. -- Antonio D. Young, 28, 804 Sherwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to control, following a traffic stop on North Meridian Road for a vehicle swerving to the right.
March 23, 8:04 p.m. -- Brandi R. Blanton, 44, 710 Trenton St., Toronto, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, driving while under suspension and open container, following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue regarding a 911 call about a reckless driver.
5:12 p.m. -- Jesse R. Morrison, 27, 267 N. Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and assured clear distance, following a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and Norquest Boulevard.
2:35 a.m. -- Theft of $400 reported at Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
March 22, 9:03 p.m. -- Unauthorized withdrawls from a bank account reported by a Kirk Road resident.
7:26 p.m. -- David W. Buchanan, 49, 5512 Callaway Circle, Austintown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), following the observation of a subject previously warned off the property at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
10:19 a.m. -- Unauthorized withdrawals from a credit union account reported by a Pembrook Road resident.
March 21, 1:05 p.m. -- Theft of packages from a porch reported on South Four Mile Run Road.
March 20, 8:47 p.m. -- Timothy A. Rollison Jr., 36, 41 Savannah Court, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Dollar General, 4470 Mahoning Ave.
2:55 p.m. -- Criminal damaging (car window broken) reported at 494 S. Raccoon Road.
2:12 p.m. -- Theft of a water bong part reported at Nader's Vapors, 5462 Mahoning Ave.

12:55 a.m. -- Jared C. Malmsberry, 29, 8036 Thomas Road, Lisbon, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and failure to control, after a vehicle overturned on West Webb Road.
March 17, 10:12 p.m. -- Jason E. Henry, 43, 4032 Shelbourne Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired following a diversion at the OVI checkpoint on North Canfield-Niles Road.
10 a.m. -- Theft of a vehicle reported at Sleep Inn on Patriot Boulevard. It was later recovered and towed in Newton Falls.
5 a.m. -- Ricky R. Clay, 29, 346 Idlewood Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to control, following a call to Idlewood Avenue for a vehicle stuck in the mud.
1:23 a.m. -- Taylor L. Johnson, 27, 276 Dupont St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a traffic control device violation following a traffic stop for a vehicle running a red light on North Four Mile Run Road.
