Police activity reported Feb. 17-23:

Feb. 23, 2:09 p.m. — Dennis F. Haberny, 44, 1076 Kelly Ave., Akron, was arrested on multiple active warrants through Cuyahoga Falls Police Department after a call to Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

6:26 a.m. — Theft of aBlink security camera reported at 4122 New Road.

5:37 a.m. — Chase A. Drake, 33, 268 N. Roanoke Ave.was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Feb. 22, 3:09 p.m. — A red Chevrolet Impala was stolen from the driveway at 1090 Polley Drive.

2:19 p.m. — Yo’siah J. Hammons, 18, 1427 Fifth Ave., Youngstown; Anthony E. Mitchell Jr., 18, 554 Lansdowne Blvd., Youngstown; and Desmond L. Clark Jr, 18, 470 Bennington Ave., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

1:35 p.m. — A purse and its contents were stolen from a shopping cart at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

12:22 a.m. — Angel M. Huffman, 31, 833 Mabel St., Youngstown, was arrested on a Hardin County warrant for failure to appear on child support charges following a traffic stop on Burkey Road.

Feb. 20, 5:31 p.m. — Cameron D. Lang, 28, 6635 Oakwood Drive, Independence, was arrested on a Cuyahoga County warrant for compelling prostitution, after an investigation into suspicious vehicles at 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

12:38 p.m. — Theft of a hot water tank reported at 2359 Oaktrace Drive.

2:02 a.m. — Andrea N. Williams, 18, 564 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct following a call to Sheetz, 1101 North Canfield-Niles Road, regarding a beligerent customer.

12:02 a.m. — Vincent D. Tarver, 21, 1015 Compass West, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing.

Feb. 19, 11:41 a.m. — The theft of $300 through a scam was reported at 2230 S. Raccoon Road

Feb. 17, 8:16 a.m. — Theft of a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu reported at Blue Ribbon Motors, 4004 Mahoning Ave.

1:06 a.m. — Theft of an iPhone Pro Max cell phone reported at Hollywood Gaming, 777 Hollywood Drive.

Feb.9, 11:09 p.m. — Kevin E. Marks, 60, 3920 Cannon Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to disclose following a call to JR’s Pub, 1722 S. Raccoon Road for an intoxicated male subject lying on the ground.

Feb. 8, 3:36 p.m. — Theft of tools from a vehicle reported at Blue Jay Communications, 1090 N. Meridian Road.

7:15 a.m. — John R. Whitten, 45, 1847 Woodland Trace, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to 2002 S. Raccoon Road.

Feb. 7, 2:40 p.m. — Jennifer M. Davis, 38, 9989 Scotts Corners Drive, Diamond, was issued a summons for theft, following a shoplifting call at Tractor Supply Company, 6225 Mahoning Ave.

Feb. 6, 1:40 p.m. — Robert G. Ribarin, 39, 110 N. Brockway Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

12:25 p.m. — Briasia N. Leggette, 28, 208 Breaden St., Youngstown, was issued a summons for theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

6:34 a.m. — Timothy A. Rollison Jr., 39, homeless, was arrested on a Girard Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges, following a call to Awesome Dog Wash, 4332 New Road, regarding a man sleeping inside the business.

12:11 a.m. — Juston E. Buskirk, 43, 456 W. Martin St., East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order following a traffic stop on Seventy-Six Drive.

Feb. 5, 6:42 p.m. — Ashley M. Medeiros, 33, 838 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments (lighters, rods, scissors, Chore boy) and possession of drug paraphernalia (partial crack pipe), and on an undisclosed warrant following a traffic stop on North Raccoon Road.

10:32 a.m. — Theft of a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox reported at 4493 Mahoning Ave. It was later recovered by Youngstown police.

Feb. 4, 2:18 p.m. — An unknown woman involved with a theft walked away from security at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave. She was not located.

12:30 p.m. — John R. Ross, 34, 4669 Rhode Island Drive, Austintown, was issued a summons for theft following a call to Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., regarding a person skip-scanning merchandise.

Feb. 3, 4:58 p.m. — Denver R. Gatrell, 59, 14521 Ellsworth Road, Berlin Center, was arrested on a Niles Municipal Court warrant for domestic violence following a traffic stop on state Route 46.

Feb. 2, 8:44 p.m. — Michelle Y. Preston-Curry, 52, 719 Anoka Lane, Youngstown, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for possession of cocaine following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

3:36 p.m. — Theft reported at 3948 Clair Ridge Drive, where the homeowner said a contractor did not install windows as promised.

10:50 a.m.– Miya C. Hewlett, 43, 1798 Brockton Drive, Austintown, was issued a summons for theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

9:10 a.m. — Unauthorized withdrawal of funds from a bank account reported at a 42nd Street residence.
