Police activity reported Oct. 11-23:

Oct. 23 -- Ronald Fletcher Jr., 50, 173 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for no operator's license and a marked lanes violation following a traffic stop on South Canfield-Niles Road.

Oct. 22 -- Stephanie Thomas, 39, 821 Colby Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Boardman warrant following a traffic stop on Ironwood Boulevard.

Oct. 17 -- A 17-year-old Canfield girl was cited for assured clear distance following a three-vehicle crash on West Main Street.

Oct. 17 -- A 16-year-old Homeworth boy was cited for possession of tobacco following a call to Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, regarding a student in possession of a vaping device.

Oct. 17 -- Aaron Teis, 34, 28154 King Road, Salem, was arrested on undisclosed warrants out of Columbiana County and was cited on a charge of driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Fairview Drive.

Oct. 11 -- Amanda Johnson, 32, 1733 N. Ellsworth Ave., Salem, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia; Derek Johnson, 25, of the same address, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia; and Bradley Bowlin, 41, of the same address, was issued a summons for possession of drug abuse instruments and was cited for failure to signal, following a traffic stop on North Broad Street.

Oct. 6 -- Giovanni Mavar, 22, 7500 Ivy Lane, Canfield, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant out of Liberty, following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

Oct. 3 -- Darnell Gibson Jr., 36, 115 Shields Road, Boardman, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia and was cited for a temporary permit violation following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

Sept. 24 -- Lachelle Underwood, 26, 1418 Yolanda Drive, Youngstown, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) following a traffic stop on E. Main Street.

Sept. 23 -- Elias Sotero, 49, 2155 Sixth St., Canton, was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe) and Lily Sotero, 49, of the same address, was cited for driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on E. Main Street.

Sept. 23 -- Byron Johnson Jr., (no listed age), 150 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (acetaminophen / oxycodone hydrochloride), drug abuse (Tramadol / hydrochloride), drug abuse (marijuana), drug paraphernalia (rolling papers), driving while under suspension, and was cited for speeding (50 in a 35 zone) following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Sept. 22 -- A 16-year-old Canfield boy was cited for failure to yield following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Main Street and Talsman Drive.

Sept. 22 -- Alisha Mirides, 38, 630 Gibson St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of falsification and Jeffrey Hunter, 40, 630 Gibson St., Youngstown, was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant and for falsification, following a call to the Old North Church parking lot, 7105 Herbert Road, for a vehicle with occupants who appeared.

Sept. 21 -- Chad Schartiger, 35, 621 Stanley Road, Akron, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and was cited for speeding (48 in a 35 zone), following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Sept. 20 -- A 16-year-old Campbell girl was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (THC cartridge) and drug paraphernalia (dab pen), following an investigation into a student using a dab pen in class at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

Sept. 20 -- Timothy Cox, 46, 2275 Winter Parkway, Cuyahoga Falls, was cited for failure to control following an investigation into a vehicle (semi truck and trailer) striking a pole on South Broad Street.

Sept. 20 -- Hailey Meeks, 18, 411 Plymouth Place, Salem, was cited for assured clear distance following a three-vehicle crash on East Main Street.

Sept. 19 -- Lacriesha Green, 29, 1205 Karo St. Warren, was arrested on a Canfield Mayor's Court warrant.

Sept. 16 -- Brooke Zidian, 38, 5741 Herbert Road, Canfield, was issued a summons for dogs running at large, following a call to the 800 block of Blueberry Hill regarding a female who was bitten by a dog.

Sept. 15 -- A 16-year-old Austintown boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (THC cartridge) and drug paraphernalia (dap pen) following an investigation into a student vaping in the school lab at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
