July 20, 1:33 a.m. -- Key-Marra M. Armour, 27, 46 Gertrude Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for menacing and disorderly conduct.
July 19, 10:13 p.m. -- A 17-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
2:47 p.m. -- Jeannine M. Burrus, 56, 7393 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.
10 a.m. -- Shajehan Haywood, 29, 2467 Dotson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence threats.
7:48 a.m. -- A 14-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on two counts of domestic violence and felonious assault following a call to a Ron Joy Place residence regarding a physical domestic situation.
July 18, 10:04 p.m. -- Laniya M. Muldrow, 19, 3938 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a person who was skip-scanning merchandise.
3:47 p.m. -- Jeremy E. Telego, 40, 1490 Columbiana Road, New Springfield, was arrested on Boardman warrants for kidnapping and felonious assault following a dispatch to the Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St., regarding a wanted person.
4:51 a.m. -- Christopher M. Mullins, 32, 6082 Applecrest Court, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for menacing.
3:12 a.m. -- Nicholas R. Opalka, 29, 404 Armstrong St., Ford City, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (fentanyl) and possession of drug abuse instruments after a call about a suspicious person on East Midlothian Boulevard.
July 17, 7:30 p.m. -- Deviel M. Jones, 22, 440 Emery Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order, following a traffic stop on Market Street.
2:30 p.m. -- A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on charges of assault and menacing following a call to an Argyle Avenue residence regarding a fight.
July 16, 6:02 p.m. -- Marlon Williams, 44, 106 Ziegler Ave., Butler, Pa., was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business and was informed the incident would be turned over to detectives for further investigation regarding an endangering children charge following a call to 417 Boardman-Poland Road regarding a 2-year-old left sleeping in a vehicle that was locked and the air conditioner running.
1:15 p.m. -- Rodney E. Mock, 58, 351 Sanderson Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.
1:29 a.m. -- Jerome K. Cheeves, 23, 930 E. Florida Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for driving while under suspension and a marked lanes violation following a traffic stop on Market Street.
July 15, 6:10 p.m. -- Elizabeth D. Jackson, 52, 1020 State St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at J.C. Penney, 7401 Market St.
July 14, 6:45 p.m. -- Willie L. Oliver, 52, 1010 Wabash St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft and complicity, and Deconda R. Easley, 48, of the same address, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Boardman warrant for theft, following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
4:43 p.m. -- Jazzmen V. Blackmon, 37, 151 Superior St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of making domestic violence threats, obstructing official business, and disorderly conduct, following a call to 4511 Glenwood Ave., regarding a man making threats and throwing shoes at a window.
