March 29, 5:45 p.m. -- Gary E. Wolfe, 45, 3812 Mohawk Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Marc's, 7121 Tiffany Blvd.
3:45 p.m. -- Laura A. Carlini, 47, 7400 West Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on charges of theft and criminal trespassing following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
11:36 a.m. -- Christopher M. Gause, 33, 1803 Point View Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft following a call about a fugitive at 1134 Boardman-Poland Road.
March 28, 11:09 a.m. -- Laura A. Fowler, 30, homeless, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.
7:35 a.m. -- Jamont M. Robinson, 29, 4055 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to that address.
4:57 a.m. -- Glennya E. Land, 19, 235 Mathews Road, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and Robinisha S. Shelton, 28, of the same address, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer, following a call to their address regarding a verbal argument in the parking lot.
March 26, 1:43 a.m. -- Antwan D. Grissett, 21, 533 W. LaClede Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of a controlled Schedule IV substance (Tramadol) and was cited for drug abuse (marijuana), and Jaiden K. Perry, 21, 3037 Idlewood Ave, Youngstown, was cited for drug abuse (marijuana) following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.
March 25, 10:01 p.m. -- Kasper D. McGovern, 20, 103 Columbus Ave., Struthers, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for arson related to a July 6 brush fire at 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
March 24, 5:20 p.m. -- Stephon L. Belcher, 25, 1989 Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, was arrested on Boardman warrants for domestic violence, criminal damaging and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
3:51 p.m. -- Tia R. Miller, 32, 132 Martin Ave., East Liverpool, was arrested on charges of robbery and carrying a concealed weapon (9mm hand gun) following a call to Walmart, 1400 Doral Drive, regarding a woman switching tags on merchandise at the self-scan register.
3:30 p.m. -- Shawn L. Carr, 51, 202 Brookfield Ave., Boardman, turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for telecommunications harassment.
March 23, 7:45 p.m. -- Krystal L. Reece, 37, 268 E. Avondale Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana scale) and was cited for drug possession (marijuana) following a traffic stop on Market Street.
4:41 p.m. -- Dominique J. Phillips, 24, 1351 Miami Ave., Youngstown, was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and driving while under suspension, following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.
2:23 a.m. -- Jessica Chapman, 42, 942 Columbia Ave., East Liverpool, was arrested on a Columbiana County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of drugs charge after a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.
