Police activity reported March 12-17:

March 17 -- A 17-year-old Boardman boy was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (THC dab pen) following the complaint of a student under the influence of an unknown substance at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

March 15 -- Kostandino Sarigianopoulos, 23, 95 Goretti St., Campbell, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and was cited for speeding (42 in a 25 zone) following a traffic stop on Herbert Road.

March 15 -- Sean Withrow, 41, 7544 Market St., Boardman, was issued a summons for drug abuse (Alprazolam) and possession of drug paraphernalia (glass crack pipe) following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

March 14 -- Shae Dougalewicz, 24, 6766 Tanglewood Drive, Boardman, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe), and driving while under suspension, and was cited for an expired registration following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

March 12 -- Griffin Littler, 18, 211 Hilltop Blvd., Canfield, was cited on a charge of failure to control following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Talsman and Montgomery drives.

Police activity reported Feb. 26-March 4:

March 4 -- Mackenzie Sanchez, 35, 8091 N. Palmyra Road, Canfield, was issued a citation for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Main Street and Fairview Avenue.

March 4 -- Teneisha Hudson, 45, 1250 Wilson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of unlawful transaction in weapons, related to a Feb. 6 incident on Deer Trail Avenue.

March 3 -- Joshua Fellows, 42, 324 Marmion Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant out of Portage County following his attempt to obtain an impound release at the city administration building, 104 Lisbon St.

March 2 -- Robert Magalotti, 18, 2042 Weston Ave., Youngstown, was summoned to the Juvenile Justice Center for possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer with a THC cartridge) following an investigation at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

March 2 -- Tremayne Collins Jr., 23, 145 W. Evergreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, having weapons under a disability, and tampering with evidence following an investigation into a resident finding a Glock pistol in a snow bank on Deer Trail Avenue related to a Feb. 6 incident.

March 2 -- Emily Fellows, 33, 324 Marmion Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Portage County warrant following a traffic stop on Youngstown-Salem Road.

Feb. 26 -- Joshua Farley, 18, 50 Mallard Crossing, Canfield, was issued a citation for a violation of the right-of-way rule when turning left, following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of West Main Street and Cardinal Drive.

Police activity reported Feb. 22-26:

Feb. 26 -- Mutual aid assistance was given to Mahoning County deputies in a search for a reckless driver in the South Salem-Warren and Kirk roads area, and was cleared when deputies and Jackson police arrived on the scene.

Feb. 26 -- Daniel Chipelo, 41, 845 Plazaview Court, Youngstown, was arrested on a Canfield Mayor's Court warrant for failure to appear following a report at 3495 South Canfield-Niles Road.

Feb. 22 -- A 17-year-old Youngstown girl was summoned to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (three vaporizers with THC cartridges) following a call at Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
