Jan. 8 -- Devon Hull, 34, 462 S. Briarcliff Drive, was arrested on a charge of assault following a call about a a domestic situation.

Jan. 7 -- A 17-year-old Struthers boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer containing a THC cartridge) following an investigation at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Jan. 5 -- A 17-year-old Alliance girl was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer containing a THC cartridge) following in investigation at MCCTC, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Jan. 5 -- Tyler Marcianda, 18, 8458 West South Range Road, Salem, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer containing a THC cartridge) following an investigation at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Jan. 5 -- Jonathan Preston, 40, 209 Washington St., South Point, was arrested on two counts of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

Jan. 4 -- A 16-year-old Boardman girl was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer containing a THC cartridge) following in investigation at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Jan. 2 -- A 15-year-old Canfield boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for being an unruly child.

Jan. 1 -- Dwayne H. Fields, 25, 1640 Shehy St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and driving while under suspension, and was cited for open container, following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

Dec. 31 -- Vayrex Rodriguez, 29, 507 Emmet St., Ypsilanti, Mich., was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (raw rolling papers), following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

Dec. 30 -- Michael Manley, 51, 815 Deerfield Lane, Massillon, was issued a summons for possession of drug abuse instruments (two hypodermic syringes), possession of drug paraphernalia (burnt spoon, knife, and lighter), and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Dec. 27 -- Keith Lewis, 54, 496 Third St., Lowellville, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for open container and a marked lanes violation, following a traffic stop on West Main Street.
