Police activity reported Dec. 6-13:

Dec. 13 -- Tony Dabney, 20, 778 Fairmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and resisting arrest following a call regarding a domestic dispute.

Dec. 12 -- Dustin Russell, 36, 440 W. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Struthers warrant following a traffic stop.

Dec. 12 -- Shayla Ashburn, 19, 23 Hillside Drive, Girard, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited on a charge of open container.

Dec. 11 -- Hadley Fry, 25, 4121 state Route 158, New Wilmington, Pa., was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited on a charge of open container.

Dec. 8 -- A 15-year-old Canfield boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for underage tobacco possession following an investigation at Canfield High School, 100 Cardinal Drive.

Dec. 7 -- Sean Leon, 47, 6321 Saint Andrews Drive, Canfield, was cited on a charge of assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street at Fairview Avenue.

Dec. 7 -- Jessica Byrnes, 32, 1530 Midland Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse (marijuana), and Nicholas Rogers, 23, of the same address, was issued a summons on a charge of driving while under suspension, following a traffic stop on South Broad Street.

Dec. 6 -- Alto Harris Jr., 27, 4227 Pembrook Road, Austintown, was arrested on an Austintown warrant for failure to appear, following a traffic stop on South Broad Street.

Dec. 5 -- David Reeger, 36, 29 Church St., Salineville, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (methamphetamine) and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

Dec. 4 -- Jasmine Owens, 21, 4091 East 56th St., Cleveland, was arrested on a Cuyahoga County warrant for forgery and was cited for temporary permit violations and an expired registration, and Jaeshonna Marion, 21, 9702 Cumberland Ave., Cleveland, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana), following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

Dec. 3 -- Tristen Hutchko, 18, 81 Terrace Drive, Boardman, and a 17-year-old Youngstown boy were both referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for possession of drug paraphernalia, following a call to Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Dec. 2 -- Tony Dabney Jr., 20, 778 Fairmont Ave., Youngstown, and Calia Jones Findley, 19, 440 Fairground Blvd., Canfield, were each issued a summons for disorderly conduct following a call to the 400 block of Fairground Boulevard regarding a domestic situation.

Nov. 30 -- Jose Fiallos, 24, 1021 Maryland Ave., Canton, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, driving without a license, drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (rolling papers), and Jony Fiallos, 19, 208 Belden Ave., Canton, was issued a summons for wrongful entrustment following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

Nov. 28 -- Isabel Villaplana, 50, 7473 Huntington Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Maryland warrant for failure to appear following a traffic stop on South Canfield-Niles Road.

Nov. 27 -- Daryl McLendon, 25, 5205 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (two wooden pipes) following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

Nov. 26 -- Alejandra Ramirez, 20, 310 18th St., Canton, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and Jose Fiallos, 24, 1021 Maryland Ave., Canton, was issued a summons for driving without a license and improper display of plates following a traffic stop on West Akron-Canfield Road.

Nov. 24 -- Kris Molina, 28, 2803 South Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, drug abuse (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe), and was cited for speeding (39 in a 25 zone) following a traffic stop on Herbert Road.

Nov. 22 -- Vehicle versus deer crash reported at the intersection of West Main Street and state Route 446.

Nov. 20 -- Sierra Courson, 20, 207 North Cedar St., New Castle, Pa., was issued a summons for wrongful entrustment, and a 16-year-old New Castle, Pa., boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (marijuana and THC vape) and possession of drug paraphernalia (vaporizer), and was cited for speeding (45 in a 35 zone) following a traffic stop on West Akron-Canfield Road.

Nov. 20 -- Sara Tessane, 35, 5319 Harmont Ave., Canton, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (glass bowl) following a traffic stop on South Broad Street.

Nov. 20 -- Thomas Oliver, 33, 712 Garfield Ave., Canton, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe) and drug abuse (marijuana) following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Nov. 20 -- Michael Droney, 24, 10-2 Montgomery Drive, Canfield, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe), and drug abuse (marijuana), following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

Nov. 19 -- Kevin Selley, 32, 307 Carriage Lane, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of assault following a call to the 300 block of Carriage Lane regarding a domestic situation.

Nov. 18 -- Marvin Anthony Jr., 59, 1200 State St., Gadsden, Ala., was arrested on an Alabama warrant for failure to appear, following a traffic stop on Neff Drive.

Nov. 18 -- A 16-year-old Austintown girl was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (THC vape pen / oil) and possession of drug paraphernalia (grinder), and was cited for speeding (55 in a 35 zone), and a 16-year-old Youngstown boy was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for drug abuse (THC vape pen / oil), following a traffic stop on North Broad Street.

Nov. 16 -- John Roy, 18, 17728 Glenwood Ave., Lake Milton, and a 16-year-old Beloit boy were each issued a summons for disorderly conduct following a call to Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 North Palmyra Road.

Nov. 16 -- Kristina Swain, 36, 300 West North Ave., East Palestine, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), following a traffic stop on West Main Street.
