Nov. 22, 3:54 p.m. -- Benedict C. Santana, 22, 2009 Lynn Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft while at the police station, 8299 Market St.
Nov. 21, 7:46 p.m. -- Lameisha M. Drayton, 21, 2664 Tyrell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft and on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear, and Trinity R. Edwards, 21, 2664 Tyrell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifitng call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:55 p.m. -- Ernest D. Ford, 57, 1027 Yale St., Akron, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe and marijuana grinder) following a traffic stop on Market Street.
