Sept. 15, 2:07 p.m. -- William G. McMurray, 58, 3458 state Route 534, Newton Falls, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave.

12:21 p.m. -- Theft of a wallet reported at 252 S. Canfield-Niles Road.

10:36 a.m. -- Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle reported at 4823 Westchester Drive.

Sept. 14, 9:04 p.m. -- Ronald W. Howell, 30, 2307 Donald Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse (acetaminophen and hydrocodone).

8:21 p.m. -- Unknown man entering an apartment reported at 4531 Woodhurst Drive.

1:23 p.m. -- Black Ford Focus driving through yards reported in the 2100 block of Frostwood Drive.

8:42 a.m. -- Curtis J. McKinnon, 25, 472 Fairgreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant for failure to appear on non-payment of child support after a traffic stop on Burkey Road.

Sept. 13, 8:28 p.m. -- Theft of a purse, contents and business keys reported at Quality Pet Market, 5543 Mahoning Ave.

6:59 p.m. -- Rifling through a purse reported at the office at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

4:34 p.m. -- Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle reported at Lyden Oil, 3711 LeHarps Road.

Sept. 11, 10:07 a.m. -- Theft of packages containing shoes reported at 4841 Westchester Drive.

Sept. 9, 3:21 p.m. -- Possible theft reported at Dollar General, 4470 Mahoning Ave. Christal M. Frye, 38, 121 Warner Road, Hubbard, was arrested on undisclosed warrants out of Canfield and Trumbull County.

4:42 p.m. -- Veronica L. Scott, 35, 164 East Avondale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Boardman warrant.

2:31 p.m. -- Samuel J. Tush, 27, 2758 Bainbridge St., Austintown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, drug abuse (methamphetamine), drug abuse (Fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on drug paraphernalia charges, and Samantha S. Young, 27, 170 S. Main St., Austintown, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments, drug abuse (methamphetamine), drug abuse (Fentanyl), possession of dangerous drugs, and on a Mahoning County warrant for a parole violation following a traffic stop.

Aug. 28, 9:30 p.m. -- David I. Danahy, 39, 4681 Rita Ave., Austintown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and having possession of firearms while intoxicated, following a call to that address regarding an intoxicated person with an AR-15 who wanted to "commit suicide by cop."

Aug. 27. 6:26 p.m. -- Criminal damaging of a vehicle reported at 321 S. Edgehill Ave.

6:07 p.m. -- Theft of a firearm and money reported at Candlewood Suites, 5575 Cerni Place.

5:36 p.m. -- Theft of medication and money reported at Candlewood Suites, 5575 Cerni Place.

3:54 p.m. -- Nelson Clark, 50, 154 N. Bon Air Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business following a call to Shotz Bar, 3713 Oakwood Ave., regarding a man slapping a woman to the ground.
