Police activity reported July 1-7:

July 7 -- Christal Frye, 38, 3645 Nottingham Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a Canfield Mayor's Court warrant for failure to appear.

July 7 -- Ryan Kuhns, 40, 2823 Vera Place, Canton, was arrested on a warrant out of Stark County following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

July 6 -- Braden Thomas, 20, 1008 Glenwood Drive, Alliance, was arrestedon charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and drug abuse, and was cited for speeding following a traffic stop on East Main Street.

July 1 -- Mutual aid was provided to Boardman police in locating an unruly juvenile, who was located on North Hillside Drive.

Police activity reported June 21-23:

June 22 -- Michael P. Yourick, 29, 2035 Wakefield Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for speeding (38 in a 25 zone), following a traffic stop on Fairview Road.

June 21 -- Mark A. Ugran, 59, 291 Carriage Lane, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired following a traffic stop on Carriage Lane.

June 13 -- Hit / skip accident reported in the parking lot at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
