July 8 , 3:03 a.m. -- Crash reported at 4747 South Ave. Robert D. Duval, 41, 24 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and felony assault.
July 7, 2:47 p.m. -- Traffic stop and pursuit reported on South Avenue. Delio L. Debeneditto, 35, 950 Afton Ave., was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, failure to comply, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and was cited for reckless operation on private property, disobeying a traffic control device (red light) and no driver's license.
