YOUNGSTOWN — The $21.66 million planned renovation project to Youngstown’s tallest building received another state tax credit. The state on Wednesday awarded a $2 million Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program grant to the proposed Central Tower project. The project on June 24 received notice about a $4.25 million state historic preservation tax credit. Staff report WARREN — A Trumbull County jury on Tuesday found Justin L. Fry-Starrett, 33, of New Castle, Pa., guilty in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court of felonious assault, domestic violence and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. Fry-Starrett, who has been incarcerated in Trumbull County jail, will undergo a background investigation prior to sentencing by Judge Cynthia Westcott.
