LIBERTY — A Warren man faces a charge after being accused of pointing what appeared to be a firearm at another driver Wednesday afternoon. Ludnir Wade, 43, pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated menacing in front of Girard Municipal Court Judge Jeffery Adler. The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has launched investigations of Southside Academy in Youngstown and Newton Falls Elementary School over irregularities in state testing procedures last spring.
