Hubbard to reveal items from 1976 time capsule

HUBBARD — The community is invited to an opening ceremony of a time capsule that was buried for America’s bicentennial in 1976 at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hubbard Public Library, 436 W. Liberty St. The time capsule was opened earlier this week so officials could determine the condition of the items inside, so Saturday’s ceremony will be an unveiling of the capsule’s contents.
