LIBERTY -- Liberty police issued a warrant through Girard Municipal Court for Adham Aburahma, 31, of Youngstown, on a charge of felonious assault Friday morning.
According to a police report, an officer was called to the parking lot of a Trumbull Avenue bar for an incident in the Aldi parking lot.
The officer spoke with the caller, who said she went into the store to report an illegally parked car to an employee, noting that it was parked near the store's Goldie Road exit and it could have caused an accident.
The woman said she confronted Aburahma about the vehicle, but he became "argumentative" and aggressive, according to the report.
The report states Aburahma told the woman he owned a "million dollar car lot," adding that he did not care and that he would hit her car, with her daughter still inside.
The officer noted that the woman's 12-year-old daughter was in the vehicle's front passenger seat at the time of the incident, and the woman said she was in fear for herself and her daughter's safety, as Aburahma got into his vehicle and drove it at her passenger side, striking it, according to the report.
The woman did not report any injuries to herself or her daughter at the time.
The report states Aburahma was driving a brown or gray Honda SUV, which the officer recalled seeing Aburahma drive southbound before arriving at the bar and speaking with the woman.
