VIENNA -- Mahoning Valley law enforcement agencies are again looking for an autistic Vienna teen who went missing this weekend.
The Ohio Attorney General's Office has issued a missing child alert for Landyn Zagorski.
Zagorski went missing Saturday afternoon and was last reported seen on Ridge Road in Vienna. He has autism and also takes medication.
The teen was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, silver basketball shorts, black socks and no shoes. He is 16 with brown hair, brown eyes, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
Anyone with additional information or questions regarding this case should contact Vienna Township Police Department at 330-675-2730.
Zagorski is the same teen who went missing Aug. 11 and was found safely two days later inside an RV on a property near his family.
Officials have said previously Zagorski is diagnosed with "high-functioning autism" and warned that he would be likely to hide or run away if approached.
According to township police Chief Dan Adkins, the last time Zagorski was missing first responders found him in a recreational vehicle on an adjacent property approximately 100 yards behind his home.
The Vienna Fire Department and the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office have been assisting.
Adkins said Zagorski was previously found in good condition and was taken to a local hospital to be checked, and officials.
Efforts of mutual aid companies to find Zagorski earlier this month included scouring the King Graves Road area to state Route 11 for approximately six to eight hours with search-and-rescue dogs, all-terrain vehicles and drones.
Adkins has said that law enforcement worked with social services and counseling agencies to make sure that the teen gets the help he needs since he is on the autism spectrum.
Trumbull County sheriff's deputies joined the search last time bringing in a drone that has thermal detection technology to fly above the dense forested areas.
A K-9 team and drone were also deployed to give first responders a bird's-eye view of the search area.
