YOUNGSTOWN -- The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:
• Jay'Onne A. Price, 22, West Maryland Avenue, Sebring, child endangering and misdemeanor domestic violence.
• William M. Robinson, 33, Samuel Avenue, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.
• Melvin Howell, 49, East Philadelphia Avenue, kidnapping with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm and cocaine possession.
• Nelfonda D. Lynch, 34, Southern Boulevard, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
• Eugene Tompkins, 35, East Midlothian Boulevard, tampering with evidence and fentanyl-related compound possession.
• Dana O'Connor, 46, Parkview Avenue, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and fentanyl-related compound possession.
• Van Barnette III, 24, East High Street, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• D'Andre L. Brown, 37, Oakwood Avenue, theft and misdemeanor theft.
• Andrae Carlisle, 42, North Kimberly Avenue, Austintown, strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence.
• Gary L. Mills, 56, homeless, violating a protection order.
• Alyssa R. Heydle, 27, East Judson Avenue, fentanyl-related compound possession and cocaine possession.
• Xavier Dahn, 21, Waverly Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Robert J. Newton, 31, South Raccoon Road, Austintown, strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence.
• Xavier L. Kelley, 32, Mahoning County jail, domestic violence.
• Jessica M. Johnson, 40, West Evergreen Avenue, three counts of theft and two misdemeanor counts of theft.
• Anthony L. Dukes, 22, Stephens Avenue NW, Warren, aggravated drug possession, disrupting public services, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor obstructing official business.
• Serten Elmon, 36, Mahoning County jail, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.
