Police activity reported July 28-Aug. 11:

Aug. 11 -- Ja'Tavion Powell, 31, 3331 Lodwick Drive NW, Warren, self-surrendered on a Canfield warrant for sexual imposition regarding a July 21 report of a sexual assault at 7055 Herbert Road.

Aug. 9 -- Carmen Razo, 27, 351 Lincoln Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Main Street on charges of OVI and open container, and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Aug. 8 -- Heather Shiftlett, 36, 917 Franklin Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 20 S. Broad Street on a Youngstown Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

Aug. 8 -- Joan Melendez Rosado, 48, 451 Ferndale Ave., Youngtown, was arrested during a traffic stop on North Broad Street on a charge of having weapons while under a disability and was cited for a defective exhaust.

Aug. 5 -- Theresa Sanchez, 63, 7565 S. Palmyra Road, Canfield, was cited for a traffic control device violation (red light) following a traffic crash at the intersection of North Broad and West Main streets.

Aug. 3 -- A 17-year-old Salem boy was issued summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street on charges of drug paraphernalia (marijuana bong), drug abuse (marijuana Vape and THC cartridges) and falsification charges, and was cited for no headlights.

July 31 -- Preston Hall, 34, 1240 Julia Drive, Warren, was arrested on a theft charge related to a July 1 incident at 407 W. Main St.

July 28 -- Jude Farman, 21, 5014 Macy Lane, Canfield, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on West Main Street.
