YOUNGSTOWN — The NAACP Youngstown/Mahoning County will continue a monthly community engagement series titled “Education in Youngstown” noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at 1350 Fifth Ave., Suite 202, conference room

The “Lunch-n-Learn” Series is designed to educate and engage the community to bring

clarity and understanding of the obligations expected of members of the community. Leading up to the 2026 mid-term elections, the workshops will focus on “Resident Civic Action Labs: From Ballot to Voice.”

The program will be led by guests of the legal community to discuss topics such as redistricting, voting rights, and birth-right citizenship into simple everyday language that the average citizen can easily understand. Light refreshments will be provided.
