YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court:

● Jessica L. Beule, 35, Lowellville, aggravated drug possession.

● Jose M. Carrion-Rivera, 28, Penhale Avenue, Campbell, two counts of identity fraud.

● Solomon Owens, 48, South Avenue, Boardman, improper handling of firearms in a vehicle.

● Delonte Windham, 35, homeless, Youngstown, grand theft when property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, tampering with evidence and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

● Jeffrey J. Maldonado, 33, Garwood Drive, Canfield, aggravated drug possession and misdemeanor theft.

● Ramone A. Elkins, 31, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, domestic violence.

● Alex I. Cherney, 45, Berry Blossom Drive, Canfield, cocaine possession and fentanyl-related compound possession.

● Nyera Crump, 20, Logan Avenue, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and receiving stolen property.

● Giovanne A. York, 42, Mahoning County jail, three counts of violating a protection order and one misdemeanor count of telecommunications harassment.
