Police activity reported July 3-12:
July 12 — Cloeth Forde, 32, 4 Denmark Court, Huntington, New York, was arrested during a traffic stop on West Main Street on a Youngstown Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and was issued a summons for driving while under suspension and was cited for speeding (58 mph in a 35 mph zone).
July 12 — Garcia Netzaid, 26, 1367 W. State St., Salem, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street for no operator’s license and was cited for speeding (50 mph in a 35 mph zone), and Sophia Arguello, 19, 577 Columbia St., Salem, was issued a summons for wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle.
July 11 — Giovanni Grimes, 26, 326 Girard Ave., Canton, was arrested during a traffic stop on West Main Street on a trafficking in drugs (marijuana) charge and was cited for improper lane usage, and Cordel Thomas, 27, 4114 Princeton Ave., Massillon, was issued a summons for transportation of marijuana.
July 9 — Thomas Joyce, 27, 3046 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on state Route 446 on a driving while under an OVI suspension and was cited for a defective exhaust.
July 9 — Carmelo Cintron, 62, 1215 Arch St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Main Street on an OVI charge and was cited for a marked lanes violation.
July 6 — A 17-year-old Canfield girl was arrested at an undisclosed Austintown residence on a Juvenile Justice Center apprehension order on an unruly juvenile charge.
July 3 — Robert Lekanudos, 37, 5919 Pymatuning Lake Road, Andover, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Main Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe).
July 3 — Zachariah Carr, 30, 3019 Canfield Road, Youngstown, self-surrendered at Mahoning County Court 5 on a Canfield warrant for violation of a protection order.
