YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office on Thursday identified the person who died after his car flipped over onto its side on Market Street near Pyatt Street and Falls Avenue about 10:15 p.m. Sunday as Luis Delgado, 46.

A coroner’s press release states that the coroner’s office was notified of Delgado’s death at 10:32 p.m. Sunday following a single vehicle accident on Market Street in Youngtown.

The matter remains under investigation by the Youngstown Police Department and Mahoning County Coroner’s office.

Other media reports state that Delgado’s vehicle struck a utility pole near a curve.

The location is a short distance south of downtown.
