May 18, 11:08 p.m. — Theft of an Apple watch reported at 3396 Sandalwood Court.
3:13 p.m. — Two men fled in different vehicles after stealing $1,141.64 worth of hygiene products at Meijer.
10:48 a.m. — Charles Rivers Jr. was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

May 19, 11:48 p.m. — Pamela M. Lokey-Stewart, 61, 1804 Ferndale Ave., Warren, was arrested at 5118 Allen Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
8:51 p.m. — Jose M. Carrion Rivera, 28, 297 Penhale Ave., Campbell, was arrested by Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers and U.S. Marshal officers on Boardman warrants for identity fraud and misuse of credit cards, and two other undisclosed Boardman warrants.
6:19 p.m. — Samuel Kamah, 65, 5307 Barker Place, Lanham, Maryland, was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and no operator’s license, and Guy Kent, 59, 9635 Barrel House Road, Laurel, Maryland, was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on South Avenue on a yellow box truck.
12:20 a.m. — Nicholas J. Ceplice, 54, 4055 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of making terroristic threats.

10:15 a.m. — Reginald D. O’Neal, 36, 688 Roosevelt St., Warren, was arrested during a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard on a Lordstown contempt of court warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension and improper display of plates.

May 18 — Denise Igoe, 68, 566 S. Fourth St., Columbus, was issued a summons on a charge of prohibitions concerning companion animals after an investigation was conducted at 6571 Fairground Blvd. regarding a dog left in an unoccupied vehicle with a temperature of 86 degrees.
May 17 — Malachi Dothard, 22, 593 Cassius Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons on a charge of improper transportation of marijuana and two headlights required following a traffic stop on West Main Street.
May 15 — Brandon Doran, 18, 2555 S. Bailey Road, North Jackson, was issued a summons on a charge of drug abuse (THC Vape) and underage possession of alcohol, and was cited for speeding (35 in a 25 zone), following a traffic stop on Herbert Road.
