Mahoning indictments show drug, weapon, other cases

YOUNGSTOWN — The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:

• Michael G. Albritton Jr., 42, Mahoning County jail, failure to verify an address.

• Timothy Overton, 27, Potomac Avenue, two counts of aggravated drug possession and one count of cocaine possession, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.

• Patrell Scott, 36, Milton Avenue, fentanyl-related compound possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.

• Timothy Menton, 45, Woodside Drive, aggravated drug possession and fentanyl-related compound possession.

• Corey J. Waldon, 30, Mahoning County jail, failure to verify an address.

• Eric M. Hartman, 30, Jacobs Street, aggravated burglary and misdemeanor assault.

• Majed A. Ali, 38, Mahoning County jail, violating a protection order.

• Terrell Hinton, 27, Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering, theft and misdemeanor possessing criminal tools.

• Tommie Carter, 64, Hillman Way, Boardman, felonious assault.

• Lexxell Carnathan, 22, Nantucket Drive, Austintown, two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and two misdemeanor counts of OVI.

• Jason E. Thomas, 55, Davis Road, Perry, strangulation and misdemeanor assault.

• Deandre A. Stamper, Phoenix, Arizona, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and aggravated drug possession.

• Deonte Stamper, 30 Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and aggravated drug possession.

• Darryll D. Hall, 43, North Raccoon Road, Austintown, aggravated drug possession and two counts of felony OVI.

• Marcus Merchant, 18, East Boston Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Terrance Wainwright, 23, Kendis Circle, obstructing official business and carrying a concealed weapon.

• Herman L. Taylor Jr., 57, North Wickliffe Circle, Austintown, trespass into a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

• Chanell Weatherspoon, 33, Saranac Avenue, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

• Charlie Carlisle, 47, Mahoning County jail, two counts of receiving stolen property.

• Jasmin Harrison, 25, Mahoning County jail, grand theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.
