Hundreds at Austintown Fitch march toward graduation glory

AUSTINTOWN — Austintown Fitch High School’s Class of 2026 took part in commencement ceremonies Sunday morning at Greenwood Falcon Stadium.

The Class of 2026 comprises about 375 students, including valedictorians Mason Ali, Lily Burns, Lyrica Heeter, Kendra Hudak, Greggory Manners, Addison Mitulinski, Melina Rozzo, Kristyn Schrock, Zachary Stipanovich and Eva Zheng.

High school Principal Salvatore Maiorana congratulated the students for their hard work and noted the seniors received a total of $10.7 million in scholarship offers.

Senior Class President Jaden Wallace told his fellow classmates they will be remembered for their resilience and encouraged them to take chances, work hard and not be afraid to choose something big.

Fitch traditionally boasts the largest high school graduation class in the Mahoning Valley.
