Police activity reported April 17-22:

April 22, 8:18 p.m. — Quantrell Bailey was arrested during a traffic stop at South Raccoon Road and Mahoning Avenue on an undisclosed Campbell warrant.

6:59 p.m. — Alarria Marshall was arrested at 5680 Radcliffe Ave. on a criminal trespassing/condition of bond charge.

12:55 p.m. — Hannah Sonderman was arrested on a theft charge at Giant Eagle.

1:19 a.m. — Dog bite at 1955 S. Raccoon Road was referred to the Mahoning County dog warden.

April 21, 1:36 p.m. — Identity fraud reported at an Orchard Hill Drive residence.

April 20, 4:35 p.m. — Someone stole shoes by putting their old shoes in the new shoe box at Meijer.

12:54 p.m. — Theft of a purse reported at Walmart.

2:36 a.m. — Brian P. Palumbo was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on an Austintown theft warrant.

April 19, 5 a.m. — Criminal damage done to a vehicle’s rear window at 3701 Burkey Road.

April 18, 5:41 p.m. — Theft of a wallet reported at Chipper’s, 5 N. Edgehill Ave.

4:32 p.m. — 2022 Chevrolet Silverado reported stolen from 4825 Mahoning Ave. and later located at Fountain Square Apartments.

12:07 p.m. — Randall Rood Dabler was arrested at 436 N. Four Mile Run Road on charges of domestic violence, aggravated menacing, violation of a protection order and having weapons while intoxicated.

7:20 a.m. — Tracey Shuler and Kendall Johnson were each arrested at Walmart on theft charges and undisclosed Mahoning County warrants.

1:48 a.m. — Matthew T. Minenok was arrested during a traffic stop on South Meridian Road at Kirk Road on an OVI charge.

Police activity reported April 15-21:

April 21, 1:49 a.m. — Alfred D. Coward, 19, 221 Carroll St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Youngstown warrant for inciting to violence and was cited for speeding and an expired registration.

April 20, 11:23 p.m. — Shayne T. Avry Albani, 30, 3646 Arden Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested following an investigation into a vehicle crash on Sheban Drive on a charge of OVI and was cited for reckless operation.

8:31 p.m. — Robert L. Lake, 41, 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

April 19, 11:46 p.m. — Allyson E. Giovanni, 40, 1868 Massachusetts Ave., Boardman, was arrested during a private property crash investigation on Massachusetts Avenue on charges of OVI and hit-skip on private property.

8:59 p.m. — Terrance B. Swanberg, 29, 41 Water St., Fredonia, Pa., was arrested during a traffic stop on Canterbury Lane on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments, was cited for no operator’s license and a turn signal violation, and was informed of a possession of drugs charge pending lab results.

8:45 a.m. — Joshua T. Goppert, 35, 255 East Howard St., Girard, was arrested at 900 E. Western Reserve Road on a Girard warrant on charges of domestic violence.

April 18, 8:10 p.m. — Christopher B. Williams, 38, 871 Palmer Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at Residence Inn on Tiffany South on a Boardman menacing warrant.

April 17, 4:20 p.m. — Cheryl J. Taylor-Dukes, 42, 3915 E. 154th St., Cleveland, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

3:07 p.m. — Eugene Matthews, 71, 7954 Market St., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a charge of OVI and was cited for an expired registration and open container.

April 16, 8:41 p.m. — Dashwayla D. Walker, 33, 946 East Dewey Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Campbell police on two Boardman theft warrants.

5:59 p.m. — Marshaun J. Mason, 38, 340 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, was arrested at the Trumbull County jail on Boardman charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

2:30 p.m. — Marquise L. Hall, 35, 469 Rhodes Ave., Akron, was arrested at the Stark County jail on a Boardman theft warrant.

11:05 a.m. — Donella A. Sheldon, 36, 1889 E. Middletown Road, North Lima, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Boardman theft warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension.

April 15, — 8:16 p.m. Jamia S. Dent, 22, 188 Stadium Drive, Boardman, was arrested by Girard police on a Boardman assault warrant.

4:26 p.m. — Paul A. Ostavitz, 33, 7203 Amherst Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
