Robert Howell, 54, of Springdale Avenue in Youngstown, pleaded guilty Monday to a first-degree felony charge of cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. He will be sentenced May 5 and could get about 11 years in prison. The charge is a high-level felony because Howell possessed between 1 ounce and 3.5 ounces of the drug on July 29, 2025. He entered his guilty plea before Judge Anthony Donofrio.
