YOUNGSTOWN — Tod Homestead Cemetery on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown, has set its annual cleanup on March 16. All decorations on graves, including solar lights and artificial flowers in cemetery vases, will be removed at this time. Anyone wanting to recover the decorations must do so before that date.
