Valley man accused of threatening Trump, ICE

YOUNGSTOWN — A North Bloomfield man is set to appear in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Carmen E. Henderson next week, following allegations that he threatened supporters of President Donald Trump and customs enforcement gents online.

Charles Bronson Ingram, 47, is facing a federal charge of violating interstate communications after being taken into custody by federal agents Wednesday.

According to an affidavit in support of a criminal complaint, the FBI received a threat-to-life tip through its digital reporting platform, which included 11 detailed threats posted to YouTube between Jan. 14 and Jan. 28, sparking an investigation.

Ingram’s alleged statements included “Kill ICE, MAGA and most importantly, kill the 1% rich elites controlling the world. Make the world a better place by killing elites, politicians, judges, cops, CEO’s, etc.” from Jan. 22.

On Jan. 26, Ingram allegedly wrote, “I’m actually looking forward to this, I’d like nothing more than seeing ICE/NAZIS being tortured and killed in the streets. That’s how you destroy a traitorous government.”

Another statement from Jan. 28 referenced a potential location, and Ingram wrote he was “personally preparing to hunt and kill ICE agents, and I’m not even close to the only one. We the people will be killing some people that need to die. Run rabbit, run cause your days are done.”

The affidavit states that the FBI attempted to locate posts under the screen name @dessertbooger9307, but all but one were removed.

A footnote stated that an inquiry was made to Google, YouTube’s owner, to determine whether the comments were deleted by the user or Google, but Google had not responded to law enforcement as of Feb. 3.

An FBI task force officer conducted drive-by surveillance of Ingram’s residence, observing an upside-down American flag hanging on a building on the property — spray-painted with the words, “Kill Them All” and a sign with the message “F–k Trump” next to it.

The affidavit states that emergency disclosure requests were submitted to Google related to the YouTube account, due to the nature of the threats, and upon learning that the account was accessed with the Verizon Service Network and Starlink, a similar request was made to those entities.

The Starlink request listed Ingram’s residence as the service address, which was associated with a former family member via Verizon’s subscriber information, indicating that the threats online were made from a device utilizing Starlink’s service physically located at the property.

The affidavit states that a school resource officer at the school Ingram’s child attends helped confirm his identity, giving the FBI the contact information Ingram self-reported to the school.

The information matched the email address and phone number found in Google’s records.

On Monday, FBI task force officers conducted physical surveillance using cellular pings obtained from a Jan. 30 search warrant to locate Ingram, who was found traveling alone in a blue Toyota Highlander — further confirming his identity.

Agents used the FBI law enforcement databases to locate other additional comments between Dec. 23, 2025, and Jan. 13, around that same day, including screenshots of each one in the affidavit and their respective video URLs.

“In Ohio, I can openly carry or concealed. I’ll make up an excuse, kill your ass on my property (castle/stand ground). Third I can legally bury your ass on my property and the pigs can’t do shit. So FAFO cause I want conservatives all dead,” wrote Ingram, in a Jan. 1 comment. “I’m personally looking forward to killing Law enforcement, judges, CEO’s Trumpers, etc I see anybody approaching my property and ICE will die were they stand.”

“Look I’m fully willing to kill ICE. If the hackers and such can dox these guys from ICE there’s people like me who can’t be bought, reasoned with or swayed by fear. The nobodies will capture, torture and murder these people,” wrote Ingram, in a Jan. 13 comment. “We start streaming videos of ICE agents getting skinned alive and tortured they’ll stop. The 1% need to fear a horrible death for them to get scared of the people!”

FBI agents conducted a search warrant at Ingram’s residence Wednesday morning, finding multiple firearms and ammunition.

The affidavit states that Ingram admitted to the agent that the YouTube account that made the posts was his, after being read his Miranda Rights.

According to a search of the National Crime Information Center, Ingram has no prior criminal history, the affidavit states.

Ingram is being held by the U.S. Marshals Service ahead of his preliminary and detention hearing at 10:30 a.m. Monday before Henderson, according to an order.

Starting at $3.23/week.
