Library reopening delayed one week
YOUNGSTOWN — The East Branch Library of The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, which was scheduled to reopen Monday following an improvement project, will remain closed an additional week and will reopen Jan. 12.
Library officials said the additional time is needed to complete the work.
