Brrr! Temperature to drop to minus 15 in Valley overnight
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Mahoning and Trumbull counties from 7 p.m. Monday to noon Tuesday.
Wind chill temperatures are expected to drop to about minus 15.
The NWS advises the cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero
could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
