WHAT: Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities meeting Dec. 15

PRESENT: Melissa Baker, Tim Calderone, Mauro DiVieste, Jodi Glaser, Kimberly Hynes and Larry Larson

ABSENT: Mary Cunningham

The board:

• Heard from Superintendent Ed Stark that projects in 2025 included an addition and the remodeling of offices at the Tomaski Center, which is nearing completion; work at the Fairhaven School building with an outdoor canopy area; and repairs and upgrades for the parking area for buses.

• Approved Larson, Hynes and Calderone to the nominating committee for the positions of president, vice president and recording secretary.

• Reported Hynes was reappointed to a new term on the board.

• Approved an agreement with Residency Living of Trumbull County for management of 16 group homes in the county. There has been a contract in place for 20 years.

• Approved Pamela Kassos as a teacher filling a vacancy effective Dec. 10.
