Dec. 9, 8:02 p.m. — Paula L. Pankman was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart and on an undisclosed Liberty Township warrant.

8:39 a.m. — David Bell was issued a summons for criminal trespassing at 478 S. Raccoon Road.

Dec. 8 — 3:05 p.m. — Brieona Clark was arrested on a warrant for child endangering at Mahoning County Court 4.

Dec. 1, 3:45 a.m. — A 2014 Kia Soul reported stolen Nov. 29 from a South Edgehill Avenue residence was recovered unoccupied in Youngstown.

Nov. 30, 4:20 p.m. — Thomas Pepe was arrested at the intersection of South Meridian and Four Mile Run roads on an undisclosed Trumbull County warrant.

10:49 a.m. — A counterfeit $100 bill reported at Sav-A-Lot, 1715 S. Raccoon Road.

8:13 a.m. — Shannon Richardson was arrested at 4927 Mahoning Ave. on an undisclosed Boardman warrant.

4:46 a.m. — A 15-foot utility trailer reported stolen from Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave., was later located in Warren.

Nov. 28, 8:23 p.m. — William F. Royal was arrested at 4095 Kirk Road on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant.
