Dec. 1, 3:45 a.m. — A 2014 Kia Soul reported stolen Nov. 29 from a South Edgehill Avenue residence was recovered unoccupied in Youngstown.

Nov. 30, 4:20 p.m. — Thomas Pepe was arrested at the intersection of South Meridian and Four Mile Run roads on an undisclosed Trumbull County warrant.

10:49 a.m. — A counterfeit $100 bill reported at Sav-A-Lot, 1715 S. Raccoon Road.

8:13 a.m. — Shannon Richardson was arrested at 4927 Mahoning Ave. on an undisclosed Boardman warrant.

4:46 a.m. — A 15-foot utility trailer reported stolen from Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave., was later located in Warren.

Nov. 28, 8:23 p.m. — William F. Royal was arrested at 4095 Kirk Road on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant.

12:34 p.m. — Devon Jemett was arrested at 260 S. Edgehill Ave. on an undisclosed warrant.

6:03 a.m. — Attempted theft of a trailer and hunting blind reported at Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave.

12:49 a.m. — Angelo Smith Jr. was arrested during a traffic stop on Potomac Avenue on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired.

Nov. 27, 10:57 p.m. — Attempted robbery and criminal damage to a door reported at 1626 W. Hampton St.

Nov. 26, 5:38 p.m. — Celia C. Becker was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Mahoning Avenue on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired.

3:16 p.m. — Reshia Graham and Sharay Whitfield were each arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

10:01 a.m. — Theft of candy cane decorations reported at 156 S. Navarre Ave.

8:56 a.m. — Theft of a 2015 Nissan Altima reported at 452 S. Raccoon Road and was later recovered by Youngstown police.

8:15 a.m. — Theft of a credit card and unauthorized charges reported at

5 N. Edgehill Ave.
