YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Melvin Howell, who is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service on aggravated burglary.

Howell, 48, is 6 feet 4 inches tall and about 185 pounds. He is known to frequent the Youngstown, Akron, and Cleveland areas.

Anyone with information on Howell is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-402-6833 or they can send a web tip at the following webpage www.usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n/index.html. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and reward money is available.
