YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitive Melvin Howell, who is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service on charge of aggravated burglary.

Howell, 48, is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He is known to frequent the Youngstown, Akron and Cleveland areas.
