Crayon, 31, 1660 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard on charges of assault (2 counts), obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and on a Mahoning County warrant for a parole violation and was cited for driving while under suspension and providing false information; and Steven C. Gentile, 45, 4637 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and was cited for open container; and the owner of the vehicle, Joseph F. Hanson, 48, 4637 Southern Blvd. was later cited for wrongful entrustment.
