9:23 p.m. — Stephen A. Rivers, 31, 7740 Tod Ave., Boardman, was arrested at Starbucks on a violation of a protection order charge.

3:45 p.m. — A 16-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested at Target on a theft charge.

Sept. 21, 3:18 p.m. — James A. Schlosser, 74, 3033 Valleywood Drive, Kettering, was arrested on a criminal trespassing charge at a health care center at 830 Boardman-Poland Road.

Sept. 20, 9:41 p.m. — Brandon D. Bennett, 43, 74 Homestead Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a theft charge at the Southern Park Mall.

8:29 p.m. — Akil N. Culver, 18, 538 Cleveland St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard on charges of obstructing official business and violation of a protection order.

5:45 p.m. — Nicholas A. Elmo, 34, 8032 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on a Boardman possession of controlled substances warrant.

10:13 a.m. — James B. McBride, 58, 1048 Bears Den Court, Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at the Southern Park Mall.

5:10 p.m. — Christal M. Crespo-Garcia, 25, 172 South Truesdale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard on a Jefferson County contempt of court warrant and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

5:10 p.m. — Celeste Ta Na Spencer, 38, 61 St, Louis Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Indianola Road on a Trumbull County failure to appear warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension.

2:32 p.m. — A 17-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Southern Boulevard residence on an unruly juvenile charge.

Sept. 18, no time given — Cody F. Webb, 32, 3268 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, turned herself in at Mahoning County Court 2 on an active Boardman theft warrant.

9:10 p.m. — William P. Billet-Bevington, 18 Pine St., Leetonia, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart.

6:53 p.m. — Hector L. Suarez Velazquez, 56, 1223 Oak St., Youngstown, was booked at the station on a Boardman theft charge.

5:53 p.m. — A 17-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Southern Boulevard residence on a domestic violence charge.

3:05 p.m. — Isaac I. Waller, 29, 573 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 965 E. Midlothian Blvd. on a Campbell driving while under suspension warrant.

Sept. 17, 6:46 a.m. — Tina M. Fisher, 42, 4461 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Sept. 16, 11:30 p.m. — Darnell A. Crayon, 31, 1660 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard on charges of assault (2 counts), obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and on a Mahoning County warrant for a parole violation and was cited for driving while under suspension and providing false information; and Steven C. Gentile, 45, 4637 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and was cited for open container; and the owner of the vehicle, Joseph F. Hanson, 48, 4637 Southern Blvd. was later cited for wrongful entrustment.

9:02 p.m. — Rashida R. Lewis, 45, homeless, was arrested at 7393 South Ave. on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order.

1:43 p.m. — Manuel L. Garcia, 28, no listed address, was arrested at 7100 Lockwood Blvd. on a disorderly conduct / public intoxication charge.

Sept. 13, 10:09 p.m. — Alexander A. Holmes, 28, 2222 Lexington Ave., Warren, was arrested at Aqua Pazzo, 492 McClurg Road, on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest; John A. Holmes, 57, 3608 South Belcher Drive, Tampa, Florida, was arrested on an assault charge; and Speros J. Theofilos, 32, 6303 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa, Florida, was arrested on charges of assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

Sept. 12, 9:50 p.m. — Darnell A. Wright, 18, 1324 E. High Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 628 Boardman-Canfield Road on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and was cited for open container; and Raymon L. Wright, 20, 1462 McGuffey Road, Youngstown, and a 16-year-old Warren boy were each cited for open container.

Brorman, 43, 4811 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested in the 7400 block of South Avenue on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear on intimidation charges and Youngstown warrants for criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and was further charged with intimidation and retaliation.

8:03 p.m. — Charlie L. Peterson, 42, 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested at Walmart on two Boardman warrants for receiving stolen property.

7:50 p.m. — Hector L. Suarez Velazquez, 56, 1223 Oak St., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.
