Youngstown police seek the public’s help in locating missing man

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man, David Morales-Fernandez, 44, who was last seen about 11 a.m. July 27 on Youngstown’s South Side.

He was wearing black pants, black Adidas shoes with white soles and a white / black jacket with emoji sayings on it. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has a voodoo doll tattoo on his left arm and a monster tattoo on his left leg, according to a Youngstown Police Department news release. He wears eyeglasses, has a bald head and a scar on the right side of his neck.

The police department urges anyone with information about Morales-Fernandez’s whereabouts to contact Det. John Fields at 330-742-8251 or the Youngstown Police Department at 330-747-7911.
