Domino’s driver robbed at gunpoint
YOUNGSTOWN — A Domino’s Pizza driver reported he was robbed at gunpoint following a Thursday night delivery.
According to the report, the driver told officers the store received an online order from a “Collin Went” with a Ferndale Avenue address listed. When the driver arrived at the house, an unknown suspect exited the residence with a gun, pointing it at his back while he was attempting to get the pizzas out of his vehicle’s back seat.
The report states the driver told officers that the suspect demanded his money, cellphone and the pizzas, giving him his iPhone 16 Pro Max and the $70 in cash he had.
The driver described the suspect as a white male in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 130 pounds, wearing a red hoodie with a black ski mask. The officer noted that the suspect demanded the passcode for the driver’s phone, which he gave to him, and the gun was black.
The report states the Domino’s manager attempted to locate the driver’s phone, but he was not able to.
Officers told the driver to contact his bank and phone company to report his phone stolen, as well as change his crypto password, as he was concerned about the suspect having access to the info.
