Hubbard

WHAT: Board of Education meeting Monday.

PRESENT: Anna Martin, William Cummings, Josh Barr, Donald Newell and Amanda O’Neill.

The board:

● Accepted the following donations: $1,276 from the Pep Club to the Link crew; $1,100 from Laura McCleery to STEAM; a $1,000 from Connie Kollar, $500 from William Cummings, $148 from Hubbard Nutrition and a $233, $220 and $113 anonymous donation to the Hubbard Community Pool.

● Approved removing the Hubbard Elementary School playground merry-go-round from inventory, as it is to be donated to Harding Park.

● Approved a three-year administrative contract for Tricia Lockso as Director of Curriculum Instruction, effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

● Approved a three-year administrative contract for Raymond DeLuco as building and grounds supervisor, effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

● Approved a three-year administrative contract for David Duffield as Director of Technology, effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

● Approved a three-year administrative contract for Adrienne Poullas as aquatic coordinator. effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

● Approved Special Education Consultant Mary Mathews-Bebech as a mentor and coach for the district’s new Director of Pupil Services at a rate of $50 per hour, not to exceed 500 hours for the 2025-26 school year.

● Accepted high school teacher Jenna McCarty’s resignation, effective at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

● Accepted paraprofessional Colleen Mound-Gealy’s resignation, effective at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
