WHAT: City council meeting June 23

PRESENT: Reynald Paolone, Thomas Grumley, Jeff Kay, Mark Standohar, Lily Martuccio, John Moliterno, Sam Zirafi, Keith Schubert and Mayor Mark Zuppo

Council:

• Heard from resident Annette Minniti of Stambaugh Street about continued problems with stray cats in the neighborhood. Safety Service Director Mark Ragozine said he has contacted the Animal Welfare League, who will send officers to check different locations and buildings where cats have been reported.

• Passed an ordinance to regulate the parking and storage of major recreational vehicles, such as ATVs, four wheelers, jet skis and boats, allowing them to be parked or stored outside in driveways from May through October but needing to be inside November through April.
