PRESENT: Reynald Paolone, Thomas Grumley, Jeff Kay, Mark Standohar, Keith Schubert, Lily Martuccio, John Moliterno, Sam Zirafi and Mayor Mark Zuppo

Council:

•Heard from resident Vernon Mitchell of West Prospect Street about the need for improvements at Hartzell Park.

•Heard from Zuppo the new disc golf course at Liberty Park was used for a recent tournament with 77 participants.

•Heard from Zuppo, who requested legislation be acted on at the next meeting to oppose House Bill 335 and its effect on property taxes.

•Set a zoning meeting at 11 a.m. July 23 in the city building conference room with MS Consultants on zoning updates.

•Set a finance meeting to discuss income tax collections and disbursements at 6:30 p.m. July 28.
