YOUNGSTOWN — A woman, 55, was killed in a two-vehicle crash about 6 p.m. Friday at Southern and Midlothian boulevards on Youngstown’s South Side, according to a Youngstown Police Department news release.

Officers were called to a traffic accident and found two vehicles, one of which was turned over on its roof, the release states.

The driver of that vehicle was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was unharmed. The crash is under investigation by the department’s Accident Investigation Unit along with the Mahoning County Coroner’s Office.
