Workshop on women’s life balance set Friday in Poland

Leadership Mahoning Valley will present “Maintaining Work / Life Balance — Is it Possible?” 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at The Lake Club​, 1140 Paulin Road,​Poland.

Maria Stevens​, owner of Stevens Coaching and Consulting, will be the guest speaker.

In today’s world, women often find themselves juggling multiple roles without adequate time to prioritize their own well-being. This workshop is designed for women seeking practical tools to achieve a healthier work-life balance and avoid the physical and mental consequences of chronic stress.

Participants will explore the hidden costs of imbalance; how to identify early warning signs of mental and physical exhaustion; strategies to set boundaries and prioritize self-care; and time management and energy alignment techniques tailored for women’s lives.

Other presenters will include Ruth M. Bowdish, managing director for On Demand Occupational Medicine; Dr. Fareedah Goodwin-Capers, Mercy Health Physicians; and Dr. Francine Packard, inpatient and community mental health expert.
