Workshop on women’s life balance set Friday in Poland
Leadership Mahoning Valley will present “Maintaining Work / Life Balance — Is it Possible?” 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at The Lake Club, 1140 Paulin Road,Poland.
Maria Stevens, owner of Stevens Coaching and Consulting, will be the guest speaker.
In today’s world, women often find themselves juggling multiple roles without adequate time to prioritize their own well-being. This workshop is designed for women seeking practical tools to achieve a healthier work-life balance and avoid the physical and mental consequences of chronic stress.
Participants will explore the hidden costs of imbalance; how to identify early warning signs of mental and physical exhaustion; strategies to set boundaries and prioritize self-care; and time management and energy alignment techniques tailored for women’s lives.
Other presenters will include Ruth M. Bowdish, managing director for On Demand Occupational Medicine; Dr. Fareedah Goodwin-Capers, Mercy Health Physicians; and Dr. Francine Packard, inpatient and community mental health expert.
