The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Jamel Smith. He is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and the U.S. Marshals Service for parole violations, according to a task force news release.

Smith, 32, is described as a black male, 6-foot-2 and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is known to frequent the Cuyahoga and Summit counties and the Youngstown area.
