• Approved payment to repair engine 57 for $19,342 and insurance reimbursement to pay the vendor.
• Approved ordering 100 tons of salt for the 2025-26 season.
• Approved payment of annual dues to the Mahoning Columbiana Training Association.
• Approved a rental agreement for voting equipment.
• Approved modifying the engineering agreement with Pickering.
• Accepted a $100 donation from the Feller family.
• Accepted the donation of a computer and printer from the state.
• Approved giving a township credit card to Zoning Inspector Michael Kurilla.
• Approved the annual OTARMA liability insurance payment of $62,216.
• Approved the purchase of a battery extraction tool at $14,680.
• Approved replacement of a culvert at Harbor and River Road NE at $2,850.
• Approved ditching on Pico Street at $1,820 and ditching at Scott and Milton streets at $1,650.
• Tabled a discussion about Wolf Road.
• Approved the conditional hire of police officers Emily Burnham and Ryan Zagotti.
• Approved a step down to part-time for firefighter Carson Carroll.
• Approved amending the public records request for body camera videos to read: No fees for victims requesting a copy.
