Girard man’s rape charges bound over to grand jury
LIBERTY — A Girard man’s rape charges have been bound over to a grand jury.
Liberty police arrested Shane Genetta, 39, at Liberty Township Park last week, and he made an appearance in Girard Municipal Court on Monday on two felony counts of rape, which court records show date back to March 3, 2017.
Girard Municipal Court Judge Jeffery Adler set Genetta’s bail at $1 million.
He remains at the Trumbull County Jail.
