Warren resident reappointed to state environment board

WARREN — Michael G. Verich of Warren has been reappointed to the state’s three-person Environmental Review Appeals Commission, the governor’s office announced Friday.

His new six-year term ends in October 2030.

The commission hears and resolves appeals from various final actions of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Ohio Department of Agriculture, the State Fire Marshal, the State Emergency Response Commission and county and local boards of health.
