Task Force offers reward for man charged in shooting death
YOUNGSTOWN — The U.S. Marshals Service’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of David Tribble, 44, in the July 11 shooting death of Jermaine Tillis, 51, in the 300 block of East Judson Avenue on the South Side.
Tribble was charged with murder in Youngstown Municipal Court in Tillis’ death the same day as the shooting. A task force news release states that the victim in the Judson Avenue killing was shot to death following an altercation.
Youngstown police stated that they were sent to the Judson Avenue address at 5:04 a.m. July 11 and found the man in the driveway of a home. He was dead when officers arrived.
Tribble stands about 6 feet 2 and weighs about 200 pounds, according to the press release. Tribble has been known to frequent the Youngstown and Cleveland areas, it adds.
